BIOETHICS OF MEMORY & MOOD CONTROL
This ethical inquiry into the use of biotechnologies to improve happiness and achieve a state of contentment is structured around the desires and goals of human beings from the perspective of human experience and human aspirations. Memory blunting and mood-improvement methodologies are examined along with consequences that can ensue both on the individual and society when technology is utilized for outcomes other than medical diseases and disorders.
